Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any studio class, private session, drop-in class, membership, class package, or program at Yoga Islands, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding class attendance, scheduling, and payments. 1. No Refunds or Transfers ⚠️ ALL PURCHASES FOR INDIVIDUAL CLASSES, PRIVATE SESSIONS, DROP-IN CLASSES, MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKAGES, AND PROGRAMS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Once a class, membership, package, or program is purchased, it is the sole responsibility of the student to attend. Yoga Islands is not responsible if a student does not attend their purchased class, session, or program. This policy applies to all studio classes, programs, services, memberships, and packages offered by Yoga Islands. 2. Registration & Attendance Policy Students must register online at least 1 hour before class to secure a spot. Classes start on time, and late arrivals will not be admitted. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time and are properly registered. 3. Studio Rules & Etiquette Mobile devices must be silenced inside the studio. Please wear appropriate attire and maintain personal hygiene. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies.
